Rene Kokk (born 4 March 1980) is an Estonian politician. He served as Minister of the Environment in the second cabinet of Prime Minister Jüri Ratas from 29 April 2019 to 7 November 2020. Rain Epler was appointed as his successor. Jüri Ratas (; born 2 July 1978) is an Estonian politician who served as the prime minister of Estonia from 2016 to 2021 and as the leader of the Centre Party from 2016 to 2023, and the mayor of Tallinn from 2005 to 2007. Ratas was a member of the Centre Party until switching to Isamaa in 2024. As the prime minister Ratas led two cabinets his first cabinet was in office from 2016 to 2019 and second from 2019 to 2021. His second cabinet was notable for its share of public scandals, highest number of resignations of ministers in Estonian history and the number of public apologies from Ratas, mostly connected to the activities and offensive public statements of the smaller coalition partner nationalist and right-wing populist EKRE party. Siim Valmar Kiisler (born 6 November 1965) is an Estonian politician, a member of the Parempoolsed, former member of Isamaa (Pro Patria and Res Publica Union). Personal life In 1984, he finished his secondary education in Tallinn, and attended the Tallinn University of Technology. Seven years later, he received his degree in automated control systems. Rain Epler (born 6 June 1977) is an Estonian politician and businessman. He served as Minister of the Environment for approximately two months from 2020 to 2021. Early life and business career Rain Epler was born in Tallinn on 6 June 1977. He graduated from Johannes Käis Põlva Secondary School in 1995 and then attended the University of Tartu, studying management and foreign economy from 1995 to 2000. He married and had three children. Epler worked in the insurance industry with several companies. He worked for If P&C Insurance from 1997 to 2003. He then worked as a development manager for Hansa Kindlustusmaakler from 2003 to 2005 and Swedbank from 2005 to 2006. Rapla ( (the name ''Rappel'' was also used in other languages in the past) is a Populated places in Estonia, town in north-central Estonia'','' the capital of Rapla County and the centre of Rapla Parish. History The oldest records date back to 1241 in the Danish Census Book, when it was said that it was a small village with 8 acres of cultivated fields.
