Renato Sellani
Renato Sellani (8 January 1926 – 31 October 2014) was an Italian jazz pianist and composer. Life and career Born in Senigallia, Sellani started his professional career in 1954, when he entered the Basso-Valdambrini Quintet. In 1958 he started a long collaboration with his longtime friend Franco Cerri. He was part of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra directed by Gorni Kramer. As a pianist, he collaborated with Chet Baker, Billie Holiday, Dizzie Gillespie, Lee Konitz, Bill Coleman, Gerry Mulligan, Enrico Rava and Tony Scott, among others. Sellani was an incidental music composer for stage plays, and his works include several scores for the Piccolo Teatro in Milan and a long collaboration with the stage company of Tino Buazzelli. Senigallia
Senigallia (or Sinigaglia in Old Italian; ) is a ''comune'' (municipality) and port town on Italy's Adriatic Sea, Adriatic coast. It is situated in the province of Ancona, in the Italian region of Marche, and lies approximately 30 kilometres north-west of the provincial capital city Ancona. Senigallia's small port is located at the mouth of the Misa (river in Italy), River Misa. Agostino "Tino" Buazzelli (13 September 1922 – 20 October 1980) was an Italian stage, television and film actor. He appeared in 46 films between 1948 and 1978. After a diploma in education, Buazzelli enrolled at the in Rome, graduating in 1946. He made his debut the following year, in the Maltagliati- Gassman stage company. The Piccolo Teatro di Milano ('Little Theatre of the City of Milan') is a theatre in Milan, Italy.
