Ren Hoek
Ren Höek and Stimpson J. "Stimpy" Cat are the title characters in the Nickelodeon animated series ''The Ren & Stimpy Show'' and its 2003 spin-off ''Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon"''. Series creator John Kricfalusi created the characters during his stay at Sheridan College and they first appeared on film in the pilot episode " Big House Blues". Ren is a scrawny, emotionally unstable, and psychotic "Asthma Hound" Chihuahua, and his best friend Stimpy is a dim-witted, good-natured Manx cat. ''The Ren & Stimpy Show'', commonly referred to as simply ''Ren & Stimpy'', is an American animated Comedy film, comedy television series created by John Kricfalusi for Nickelodeon. The series follows the misadventures of Ren Höek, an emotionally unstable and psychotic chihuahua (dog), chihuahua dog; and Stimpy, a good-natured and dimwitted Manx cat. Originally produced by Spümcø, the series aired on Nickelodeon from August 11, 1991, to December 16, 1995, with its last episode airing on MTV on October 20, 1996, spanning a total of five seasons and 52 episodes. A Visit To Anthony
"A Visit to Anthony" is the eighteenth and penultimate episode of the second season of ''The Ren & Stimpy Show.'' It originally aired on Nickelodeon in the United States on May 8, 1993. Plot Ren and Stimpy are again Yugoslavian entertainers and the stars of their eponymous children's television series; they had returned to their old home, a less sophisticated area in Hollywood, Yugoslavia when they receive fan mail from a boy named Anthony. Mad Dog Höek
"Mad Dog Höek" is the eighth episode of the second season of ''The Ren & Stimpy Show''. It originally aired on Nickelodeon in the United States on November 21, 1992. Plot Ren and Stimpy have joined a professional wrestling match under the stage names of Mad Dog Höek and Killer Kadoogan. Stimpy expresses concern about injuries, but Ren reassures him that professional wrestling is artificial and that no one will be harmed. Their next opponents are the hulking Lout brothers, Lump and Loaf. On the first round, Ren bites Lump's brain, which temporarily incapacitates him; he however rejuvenates after drinking tea and squeezes him with his abdominal muscles. A nova ( novae or novas) is a transient astronomical event that causes the sudden appearance of a bright, apparently "new" star (hence the name "nova", Latin for "new") that slowly fades over weeks or months. A hound is a type of hunting dog used by hunters to track or chase prey. Description Hounds can be contrasted with gun dogs that assist hunters by identifying prey and/or recovering shot quarry. The hound breeds were the first hunting dogs. They have either a powerful sense of smell, great speed, or both. Asthma
Asthma is a common long-term inflammatory disease of the airways of the lungs. It is characterized by variable and recurring symptoms, reversible airflow obstruction, and easily triggered bronchospasms.
