''Reincarnation on Stage'' is the second live album by the German rock band Eloy (band), Eloy, released in 2014. The album was recorded on various locations during the band's 2012–2013 tour in Germany and Switzerland. It was the first Eloy live album in 36 years, since ''Live (Eloy album), Live'' was released in 1978. Background After the release of ''Visionary (Eloy album), Visionary'' in 2009, Eloy's leader Frank Bornemann had no intentions of getting the band back together full-time and support the album with a concert tour. Eloy is a German rock band. Founded in 1969 by guitarist Frank Bornemann, the band is best known for their progressive rock music. Jürgen Rosenthal is a German rock drummer. Biography Rosenthal was a member of Uli Jon Roth's band Dawn Road and became a member of the Scorpions along with Roth and Francis Buchholz. He appeared on the album '' Fly to the Rainbow'' before leaving the band to do his compulsory service with the army. He later appeared in Eloy and wrote the lyrics for their 1977 album ''Ocean'' as well as for the album ''Dawn''.
