Rehab (band)
Rehab is an American Southern hip hop group from Warner Robins, Georgia. The band has recorded seven albums, including two each for Epic Records, Universal Republic and Average Joes Entertainment. Currently the band is Independent with distribution from ONErpm. They are mainly known for their 2008 hit, "Bartender Song (Sittin' at a Bar)". History 1998–1999: Formation and debut Rehab was originally formed as a trio: Denny Campbell (Steaknife), Danny (Boone) Alexander, and Jason Brooks (Brooks Buford). Danny Boone and Steaknife, both from Warner Robins, Georgia, were the rap group "Prime Suspect". Danny Boone and Brooks Buford were both recovering alcoholics and drug addicts. It is a common misconception that they met at a rehab facility. The trio formed Rehab, literally a product of their namesake. Warner Robins (typically ) is a city in the U.S. state of Georgia, located in Houston and Peach counties in the central part of the state. ''A New Nightmare'' is the first mixtape (or extended play) by American hip hop duo Twiztid, and is their 11th major release overall. It was self-released on July 30, 2013, marking the group's first project since leaving Psychopathic Records in December 2012. First released on the group's official website store, it was released nationwide on September 3, 2013, and re-released on November 20, 2018 via Majik Ninja Entertainment. Recording sessions took place at "The Disc". Production was handled by Michael "Seven" Summers, Eric Davie, and the Dead Beatz. Twiztid
Twiztid is an American hip hop duo from Detroit, Michigan, known for both their horror-themed lyrics and rock influenced sound. Formed in 1997, Twiztid is composed of rappers Jamie "Madrox" Spaniolo and Paul "Monoxide" Methric. Spaniolo and Methric are also members of the group House of Krazees with Bryan "The R.O.C." Jones, which formed in 1992. Twiztid released their debut album, ''Mostasteless'', in 1998. Since then, they have released 16 full-length studio albums, 14 extended plays, 17 compilation albums, two mixtapes, and numerous singles. Jason Farris Brown (born August 27, 1969) known professionally as Colt Ford, is an American singer, rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, and former professional golfer best known for his music fusing the country and rap genres. He has released seven albums via Average Joes Entertainment, which he co-founded. Ford has charted six times on the Hot Country Songs charts and co-wrote (with Brantley Gilbert) " Dirt Road Anthem", a song on his 2008 album '' Ride Through the Country'', which Jason Aldean later covered on his '' My Kinda Party'' album.
