H3llb3nt
H3llb3nt were an electro-industrial supergroup formed in 1995. The original line-up band consisted of Bryan Barton (of haloblack), Charles Levi (of Pigface), Jared Louche (of Chemlab), Jordan Nogood and Eric Powell (of 16Volt). They released three full length albums: ''0.01'' (1996), ''Helium'' (1998), '' Hardcore Vanilla'' (2001) History H3llb3nt was formed in San Francisco by Bryan Barton, Charles Levi, Jared Louche, Jordan Nogood and Eric Powell. The idea came about when Powell and Barton were touring with their bands, 16Volt and haloblack respectively, and decided on collaborating on an electronic music project that and had less emphasis on guitars. Their debut studio album, titled ''0.01'', was released by Fifth Colvmn Records on February 20, 1996. ''Sonic Boom'' called ''0.01'' an "exquisitely tuned finite element state machine which hums along with a groove all of its own" and only criticized the album for being too short. The compact disc (CD) is a digital optical disc data storage format that was co-developed by Philips and Sony to store and play digital audio recordings. 16volt is an American industrial rock band featuring Eric Powell, with other performers added for live shows. History 16volt was formed in Portland, Oregon by composer and vocalist Eric Powell. Powell recruited musicians drummer Joel Bornzin, guitarist Jon Fell and Jeff Taylor to record "Motorskills", which debuted on '' The Cyberflesh Conspiracy'' various artist compilation by If It Moves... That band released their first full-length studio album ''Wisdom'' on May 25, 1993, after signing to Re-Constriction Records. The album received critical attention for its industrial-informed beats and abrasive electronic textures. Jared Louche (born Jared Hendrickson; December 11, 1960) is an American musician best recognized as the front-man of industrial rock outfit Chemlab. He also founded the band H3llb3nt and has collaborated with Pigface, Progrex.iv and Vampire Rodents. He released a solo album, titled ''Covergirl'' in 1999. Biography In July 1984, Jared Hendrickson and Tom Smith formed Peach of Immortality. They released a handful of demo recordings before disbanding in 1991. Louche formed Chemlab with Dylan Thomas More and Joe Frank in 1989. The band released the albums '' Burn Out at the Hydrogen Bar'' (1993) and ''East Side Militia'' (1996) on Fifth Colvmn Records. He also formed H3llb3nt, a supergroup comprising himself, Bryan Barton, Charles Levi, Jordan Nogood and Eric Powell. After Chemlab dissolved in 1997, Louche found himself deep in debt and began working as an investment banker on Wall Street. Bass Guitar
The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. It is a plucked string instrument similar in appearance and construction to an electric or an acoustic guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and typically four to six strings or courses. My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult (often shortened to Thrill Kill Kult or TKK) is an American electronic industrial rock band originally based in Chicago and founded by Groovie Mann (born Frankie Nardiello) and Buzz McCoy (born Marston Daley). They became known in the 1980s as pioneers of the industrial music genre – although by the early 1990s they had changed to a more disco-oriented sound – and as a frequent target of censorship groups, including the PMRC, which objected to the band's humorous and satirical references to Satan, Jesus and sex in their song lyrics and stage shows. During the early 1990s, Thrill Kill Kult had several hits on the U.S. dance club and alternative charts.
