Reginald Norby
Reginald Semb Norby (21 May 1934 – 6 December 2012) was a Norwegian diplomat. He was born in Lillesand, and took officer training before enrolling in cand.philol. studies. He graduated in 1960, and worked as a teacher at Drammen Commerce School before being hired in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1963. He served abroad in Bonn, West Berlin, Ottawa, Paris and Helsinki and at home as assistant secretary and head of department. He was promoted to deputy under-secretary of state in 1989, and served as the Norwegian ambassador to France from 1994. He was due to be replaced by Knut Vollebæk in 1997, but as Vollebæk became Minister of Foreign Affairs, Norby remained in France to 1998. He was then the ambassador to Finland to 2001. He was also a member of from 1989 to 1994, having been a deputy member since 1985. In Bærum he was a minor ballot candidate for the Conservative Party in local elections. Bærum () is a municipality in the Greater Oslo Region in Norway that forms an affluent suburb of Oslo on the west coast of the city. Rolf Trolle Andersen
Rolf Trolle Andersen (born 14 March 1945) is a Norwegian diplomat. He was born in Oslo as a son of diplomat Rolf Andersen and maternal grandson of Danish polar explorer Alf Trolle. He is cand.jur. from the University of Oslo and has the CEP from the Institut de Sciences Politiques. He started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1971. From 1973 to 1976 Trolle Andersen was posted as Secretary of Embassy in Canada. In 1979 he was named First Secretary of Embassy in Greece. In the 1980s he was Special Advisor for Polar Affairs and travelled to and reached the South Pole in 1985. He served as Norwegian Ambassador to Romania from 1990 to 1994 and then succeeded Terje Rød-Larsen as Special Middle East Coordinator in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1994. Sandvika
Sandvika () is the administrative centre of the municipality of Bærum in Norway. It was declared a city by the municipal council in Bærum on 4 June 2003. Sandvika is situated approximately west of Oslo. It is the main transportation hub for Western Bærum, and has a combined bus and railway station. Sandvika is also one of the stops along the route of the Airport Express Train. Sandvika also has Scandinavia's largest super mall, Sandvika Storsenter, with 190 stores and a total area of .
