Reece Robson
Reece Robson (born 18 June 1998) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a for the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League (NRL). He previously played for the St. George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL and at representative level has played for the Prime Minister's XIII and the New South Wales Blues. Background Robson was born in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia. He played junior rugby league for the Murwillumbah Colts and the Bilambil Jets, before moving to Sydney. In Sydney, he attended Endeavour Sports High School and played junior rugby league for De La Salle Caringah. In 2016, while attending Endeavour Sports High, he represented the Australian Schoolboys. Murwillumbah ( ) is a town in far north-eastern New South Wales, Australia, in the Tweed Shire, on the Tweed River. The NRL Under-20s (known commercially as the Holden Cup due to sponsorship from Holden) was the top league of professional rugby league for players aged 20 years or younger in Australasia. Queensland Residents Rugby League Team
The Queensland Residents rugby league team is a representative rugby league team consisting of players who compete in the Intrust Super Cup (Queensland Cup) competition. They currently play an annual fixture against NSW Cup Representative Team, often as a curtain raiser to a State of Origin game. The team is administered by the Queensland Rugby League and regularly played its home matches at Suncorp Stadium, until 2015, when they starting playing at Brisbane's Langlands Park (now known as Suzuki Stadium). Up until 1995, the side played against touring international sides and went on tours to countries like New Zealand and France. The NSW Cup, currently known as the Knock-On Effect NSW Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a rugby league competition for clubs in New South Wales. The competition has a history dating back to the NSWRFL's origins in 1908, starting off as a reserve grade competition, and is now the premier open age competition in the state. Papua New Guinea Prime Minister's XIII, or sometimes informally referred to as the PNG PM's XIII, is the name of a representative rugby league team, comprising Papua New Guinean players from the Papua New Guinea National Rugby League, PNG Hunters and other overseas clubs. Brad Fittler
Bradley Scott Fittler (born 5 February 1972), also known by the nickname of "Freddy", is the head coach of the New South Wales State of Origin team, a commentator and a television presenter. Fittler has previously coached the Sydney Roosters in the NRL, the NSW City side and at international level he coached Lebanon. He is a former professional player who was named among the finest rugby league footballers of the first century of rugby league in Australia. Nicknamed 'Freddy', Fittler captained both New South Wales and Australia, and in 2000 was awarded the Golden Boot. He retired as the most- capped New South Wales State of Origin player, inducted into the NSWRL Hall of Fame and third-most-capped Australian international player.
