Redoubt Glacier is in North Cascades National Park in the U.S. state of Washington, on the east slopes of Mount Redoubt. Redoubt Glacier descends from the point on the east slope of Mount Redoubt then has a south terminus near . The glacier then has a shallow gradient for most of its course before descending north on a wide front to . Melt from the glacier feeds into Depot Creek which flows into Chilliwack Lake. Mount Redoubt (Washington)
Mount Redoubt is a mountain in the North Cascades range in Whatcom County, Washington state. The peak is located from the Canada–US border, east-northeast of Mount Shuksan. It is the 21st highest peak in the state, with a height of and a prominence of . Redoubt is in the Skagit Range, a sub-range of the North Cascades, in the Custer-Chilliwack Group which includes Mount Spickard, Mount Redoubt, Mount Custer and Mox Peaks, among others. Redoubt, Bear, and Depot creeks drain off the mountain, which is composed of Skagit gneiss. Mount Redoubt is listed as one of the "Classic Eight Peaks" in the North Cascades. Depot Creek (BC-Washington)
Depot Creek, also known as Brown Creek and Kokanee Creek, is a large creek in south-central British Columbia, Canada and Whatcom County, Washington, United States. It is in the Pacific Ocean drainage basin, and is located in the North Cascades. There is a waterfall along its course, Depot Creek Falls. Name origin Although a book on waterfalls says it was named for an old trading post near its mouth, hence the name "Depot", the British Columbia Names Office says, in light of it also being known as Brown Creek after a US Army colonel who drowned in Chilliwack Lake in 1858 and buried next to the creek, it was probably located near a supply depot of the Boundary Commission, which was active from 1858-61. Chilliwack Lake
Chilliwack Lake is a lake in the upper basin of the Chilliwack River southeast of the city of the same name in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. The lake, while entirely within Canada, is located just north of the border between British Columbia and the state of Washington and is both fed and drained by the Chilliwack River, which has its source in the North Cascades of Washington state and Canada, which surround the lake on all sides. Parks and recreation Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park is located on the lake's shores on the Canadian end of the lake. At the south end of the lake, there is a large beach, often a partying location, where the at-this-point-slough-like Chilliwack River enters the far end of the lake.
