Seppe Guido Yvonne Herreman (; born 13 May 1999), known professionally as Red Sebastian, is a Belgian singer-songwriter. He in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Strobe Lights”. Career Seppe Herreman was born on 13 May 1999 in the coastal city Ostend of Belgium. In 2013 he participated at the age of fourteen in the second season of the television show ''Belgium's Got Talent'' on the Flemish TV channel VTM. With the song "Ain't No Other Man" from the American singer Christina Aguilera he made it to the final. After high school Herreman studied singing at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (KASK) in Ghent. There he was taught by Flemish singer Gustaph, among others. Herreman also plays the piano since he was nine. In 2019 he continued his career using the name Red Sebastian, inspired by the red Jamaican-accented singing crab Sebastian from the 1989 Disney movie ''The Little Mermaid''. Ostend ( ; ; ; ) is a coastal city and municipality in the province of West Flanders in the Flemish Region of Belgium. It comprises the boroughs of Mariakerke, Raversijde, Stene and Zandvoorde, and the city of Ostend proper – the largest on the Belgian coast. VRT 1 is a public Dutch-language TV station in Belgium, owned by the VRT, which also owns Ketnet, VRT Canvas and several radio stations. Although the channel is commercial-free, short sponsorship messages are broadcast in between some programmes. "Before the Party's Over" is a song by Belgian singer and actor Thomas Mustin, known as Mustii. It was released on 20 February 2024 by PIAS Recordings, and was written by Mustin along with six other songwriters. As part of his career he has released two albums ''21st Century Boy'' and ''It's Happening Now,'' which have both peaked inside the top ten of the Belgian Albums Charts. Lithuanian Neighbouring Rights Association (), known as AGATA, is a non-profit organization, non-profit performance rights organization established in 1999 that deals with the licensing and rights of music publishers and performers in Lithuania.
