SMU/Mockingbird station (originally Mockingbird station) is a DART Light Rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located at Mockingbird Lane and North Central Expressway (US 75) in North Dallas. Park Lane station is a DART Light Rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located at Park Lane and Greenville Avenue, just east of Central Expressway, in North Dallas. The Texas Electric Railway is a historic interurban railroad that operated from Dallas, Texas, to Denison, Corsicana, and Waco. It began operation in 1908 and through the merger of several companies became the largest interurban railway operator in the South before its demise in 1948.
