Rear End (album)
''Rear End'' is the only studio album released by American recording artist Mercedes (singer), Mercedes. It was released on June 29, 1999, on No Limit Records and Priority Records. It was produced by Beats By the Pound. ''Rear End'' found mild success on the ''Billboard charts'' in the United States, but was not as successful as some of their other chart-topping releases during that time, only peaking at #72 on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200 and #12 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. One single found success on the charts: "It's Your Thing", which featured Master P, made it to number 96 on the Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100, number 31 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks, and number 4 on the Hot Rap Singles. Mercedes (singer)
Raequel Miller (born May 1, 1978), better known by her stage name Mercedes, is an American singer, rapper and R&B recording artist from Detroit, Michigan. She is best known for being signed to No Limit Records. McKinley Phipps, Jr. (born July 30, 1977), better known simply as Mac, is an American rapper from New Orleans' 3rd Ward. He began rapping as a child, releasing his debut album ''The Lyrical Midget'' at the age of 13 in 1990, under the stage name ''Lil Mac''. Mac would eventually sign with Master P's No Limit Records and would grow to be one of the most critically acclaimed artists on the label, both as a solo rapper and as a member of the super group 504 Boyz.
