The Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University (Cambridge, Massachusetts), US: The RCC at Harvard is an academic institution aimed at providing intellectual exchange between Harvard and the Spanish Academia. It is located at 26 Trowbridge Street, Cambridge (MA). History The RCC was founded as a joint cooperative institution to foster intellectual and scientific interaction between Harvard University and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with the support of King Juan Carlos I, Queen Sofia of Spain and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Rafael Del Pino (businessman)
Rafael del Pino y Moreno (and family) (born 10 November 1920 in Madrid, Spain; died 14 June 2008 in Madrid) was one of the wealthiest men in Europe. He had a net worth of approximately 8.6 billion US dollars in 2007. Del Pino founded the construction company Ferrovial in 1952, which became one of Spain's largest builders. He stepped down as President of Ferrovial in 2000, passing on the position to his son, Rafael del Pino Calvo-Sotelo, who now heads the business. He held an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2000 he founded the Fundación Rafael del Pino with the mission of developing future leaders. Derek Curtis Bok
Derek Curtis Bok (born March 22, 1930) is an American lawyer and educator, and the former president of Harvard University. Life and career Bok was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Following his parents' divorce, he, his mother, brother and sister moved several times, ultimately to Los Angeles, where he spent much of his childhood. He graduated from Stanford University (B.A., 1951), Harvard Law School (J.D., 1954), attended Sciences Po, and George Washington University (A.M., 1958). Bok taught law at Harvard beginning in 1958 and was selected dean of the law school there (1968–1971) after Dean Erwin Griswold was appointed Solicitor-General of the United States.
