Raúl Medeiros (born 2 February 1975) is a Bolivian footballer. He played in one match for the Bolivia national football team in 1995. He was also part of Bolivia's squad for the 1995 Copa América The 1995 Copa América football tournament was staged in Uruguay. Santa Cruz de la Sierra (; ), commonly known as Santa Cruz, is the largest city in Bolivia and the capital of the Santa Cruz Department (Bolivia), Santa Cruz department.
