Ravinder Singh Dhull
Ravinder Singh Dhull is a lawyer/politician of the State of Haryana, India. He is currently serving as Legal Advisor to Congress Legislative Party, Haryana headed by Leader of Opposition Haryana Chaudhary Bhupinder Singh Hooda, National Media Penalist Indian National Congress and State Spokesperson Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee. He was appointed to the post on 9 June 2021. He is former Additional Advocate General for the State of Haryana and remained posted in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. He is former State Media Penalist for Bhartiya Janta Party, Haryana. Earlier he has served as State Spokesperson for the Indian National Lok Dal from August 2014 till June 2019. Jind District
Jind district is one of the 22 districts of Haryana state in northern India. Jind town is the administrative headquarters of the district. It is part of Hisar Division and was created in 1966. During the Sikh Empire, Jind lies in the heart of Haryana and is the fourth district of the Jat belt along with Sonipat, Rohtak and Hissar. Etymology The district derives its name from its headquarters town Jind that is said to be derived from ''Jaintapuri''. It is also said that this town had been founded at the time of the Mahabharata. Right To Information
The Right to Information (RTI) is an act of the Parliament of India which sets out the rules and procedures regarding citizens' right to information. It replaced the former Freedom of Information Act, 2002. Under the provisions of RTI Act, any citizen of India may request information from a "public authority" (a body of Government or "instrumentality of State") which is required to reply expeditiously or within thirty days. In case of matter involving a petitioner's life and liberty, the information has to be provided within 48 hours. The Act also requires every public authority to computerize their records for wide dissemination and to proactively publish certain categories of information so that the citizens need minimum recourse to request for information formally. 2020–2021 Indian Farmers' Protest
The 2020–2021 Indian farmers' protest was a protest against three farm acts that were passed by the Parliament of India in September 2020. The acts, often called the Farm Bills, have been described as "anti-farmer laws" by many farmer unions, and politicians from the opposition who say it would leave farmers at the "mercy of corporates". The farmers have also demanded the creation of a minimum support price (MSP) bill, to ensure that corporates cannot control the prices. The union government, however, maintains that the laws will make it effortless for farmers to sell their produce directly to big buyers, and stated that the protests are based on misinformation. Chaudhary Dal Singh (1915–1991) popularly known as Khunda Jhota and Paani ka Baadal was first Irrigation and Power Minister of Haryana, he was involved in Haryana politics from 1952 to 1977, when he took unofficial retirement due to his bad health. in 1966. Jind
Jind is one of the largest and oldest city in Jind district in the Indian state of Haryana. It is administrative headquarter of Jind district. Rani Talab is the main destination for tourists while Pandu-Pindara and Ramrai are the main religious spots, attracting devotees for the holy bath during '' Amavasya''. Parminder Singh Dhull (born 4 March 1957) is an Indian politician of the State of Haryana, India. He remained as Member of Legislative Assembly of Haryana from Julana constituency of Jind District till he resigned as such on 25 June 2019. He contested on Bhartiya Janta Party ticket in 2019 Haryana Assembly Elections but failed to retain his seat. He resigned from Bhartiya Janta Party on 20 October 2020 in protest of the Farmers Bills introduced by Government of India. His father Chaudhary Dal Singh was a former minister and a freedom fighter.
