Ravid Plotnik ( he, רביד פּלוֹטניק, born 13 January 1988), also known by his stage name Nechi Nech ( he, נֶצ'י נֶצ', from Amharic ነጭ, white) is an Israeli singer and rapper. Early life Ravid Plotnik was born in Petah Tikva, Israel, to a family of Ashkenazi Jewish descent. His parents are Uzi, a businessman, and Tali, a housewife. His older sister is named Shira. When he was 6, his family moved to Sha'arei Tikva. When he was 12 his mother died of cancer and two years later his family returned to reside in his hometown of Petah Tikva. Petah Tikva ( he, פֶּתַח תִּקְוָה, , ), also known as ''Em HaMoshavot'' (), is a city in the Central District of Israel, east of Tel Aviv. Ein Ganim
Ein Ganim ( he, עין גנים) was the first ''moshav po'alim'' ("workers' moshav") in Ottoman Palestine. The moshav was established in 1908 near Petah Tikva by members of the Second Aliyah and was named after the Levitical city of Ein Ganim, mentioned in the book of Joshua 21:29. The moshav poalim was an attempt to combine farming and urban labor ( garden city movement). In addition to working in the city, families received land for tending small kitchen gardens. The moshav poalim differed in approach from the moshav ovdim ("laborers' moshav"): It was not based on collective ideology or settling national land. The experiment failed because the kitchen gardens did not generate sufficient income. Kfar Sirkin or Kefar Syrkin ( he, כְּפַר סִירְקִין) is a moshav in central Israel. Located south-east of Petah Tikva, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. David "Dudu" Tassa ( he, דודו טסה; born February 10, 1977) is an Israeli rock musician, singer, songwriter and record producer of Mizrahi Jewish descent.
