Rauf Tsimtsba
Rauf Aslanovich Tsimtsba ( ab, Рауф Аслан-иҧа Цымцба, russian: Рауф Асланович Цимцба; born 23 November 1956) was the third Minister for Taxes and Fees of Abkhazia, serving between 2011 and 2016 in the Governments of President Bagapsh, President Ankvab and President Khajimba. Tsimtsba was originally appointed on 4 April 2011 by Sergei Bagapsh to succeed Vakhtang Pipia, who had been appointed Vice Premier on 30 March. Before that, Tsimtsba had headed the Department for the Taxation of Legal Entities within the ministry. Following the Death of Bagapsh one month later and the election of Alexander Ankvab, Tsimtsba was re-appointed on 11 October. When Raul Khajimba was elected as President in 2014, he abolished the Ministry for Taxes and Fees on 15 October, turning it into the State Tax Service, which Tsimtsba was appointed to head on 17 October. The Government of President Alexander Ankvab was the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia from 2011 until 2014. Composition Formation President Alexander Ankvab and Vice President Mikhail Logua were elected on 26 August 2011 after the death of previous President Sergei Bagapsh, and sworn in on 26 September 2011. Ankvab had been Vice President under Bagapsh and became Acting President following his death. During the election, he competed with Prime Minister Sergei Shamba and opposition leader Raul Khajimba. Beslan Konstantinovich Bartsits (russian: Беслан Константинович Барциц; born 22 July 1978) is a former Prime Minister of Abkhazia, having been appointed by President Raul Khajimba on 5 August 2016 with his term ending 25 April 2018. Raul Jumkovich Khajimba ( ab, Рауль Џьумка-иҧа Ҳаџьымба, ka, რაულ ჯუმკას-ძე ჰაჯიმბა; born 21 March 1958) is an Abkhazian politician, and served as President of Abkhazia from 25 September 2014 until 12 January 2020. He was also Chairman of the Forum for the National Unity of Abkhazia from 2010 to 2015.
