Rasha (born 1971) as Rasha Sheikh Eldin is a Sudanese musical artist and actress, known both for her music as well as for her appearance in the movies ''The Sheik and I'' (2012) and ''Lush'' (1999). Biography Born in 1971, in Omdurman, Sudan, Rasha's singing in her native Sudanese Arabic combines the Music of Sudan, musical traditions of Sudan and South Sudan. In the arrangements of her songs, she has also embraced, among other musical styles, Afro-pop, flamenco or reggae. In 1991, she moved to Spain, and released her wikt:début, debut album, ''Sudaniyat'', in 1997. In 2000, her second album, ''Let Me Be'', including songs in Spanish or English, was released. Idlib Governorate ( / ALA-LC: ''Muḥāfaẓat Idlib'') is one of the 14 governorates of Syria. Latif Nangarhari (Pashto :لطیف ننګرهاری, born about 1981) is a well known Afghan singer. He sings in the Pashto language (although has one Dari song). He is an ethnic Pashtun born in Jalalabad in Nangarhar Province (a reference from his surname), and has lived in London, England since 2001. Latif's first songs were released in 2008, with his first and so far only album, ''Rasha Gule'', consisting of 10 songs, in 2009.
