Ramón Álvarez is a Dominican wrestler also known as El Bronco No. 1. Bronco's career reached the highest level both in his native Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, accumulating a resume in the ring that extends to a total of twenty-eight years. El Bronco has held championship titles in the World Wrestling Council (WWC), World Wrestling Association (WWA Puerto Rico) and National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). Professional wrestling career He debuted in 1983. In 1984, he started reaching higher levels in Dominicana de Espectaculos, a promotion in the Dominican Republic which was affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance. Ramón Álvarez Palomo (March 7, 1913 - November 14, 2003) was an Asturian anarcho-syndicalist and one of the key figures in the Revolution of 1934 and the establishment of the General Confederation of Labor ( es, Confederación General del Trabajo, CGT). Biography Ramón Álvarez Palomo was born in Gijón, on March 7, 1913, he had five brothers and his father was a member of the National Confederation of Labor ( es, Confederación Nacional del Trabajo, CNT). He began working as a baker at the age of 12, after being educated at the rationalist school of Eleuterio Quintanilla. In 1928 he joined the CNT himself, where he met Segundo Blanco and Avelino González Mallada.
