Ramin Mazaheri ( fa, رامین مظاهری; born 21 April 1983) is an Iranian audio engineer, music producer, and musician. He has been cooperating, as an engineer, in the production of several significant albums, such as ''Aah-Baran'' (Mohammad-Reza Shajarian), Pieces from Iranian Composers ( Tehran Symphonic Orchestra) Mian-e Khorshid Haye Hamisheh (Rastak Ensemble), ''Science of Rain'' (Minus1), ''Rebel'' (Kourosh Yaghmaei); and some popular TV series, including '' Mokhtarnameh'', ''Shahrzad'', and '' Shookhi Kardam''; He also has produced several tracks for some well-known Iranian singers such as Mazyar Fallahi and Ehsan Haghshenas. Mehdi Bagheri ( fa, مهدی باقری), (born 16 November 1980), is an Iranian kamancheh player and composer. Biography Mehdi was born in Kermanshah in 1980. He began his musical endeavors by learning to play the Tonbak instructed by Ramin Tafazoli. He then started learning other instruments in order to familiarize himself even further with Iranian music and composing. These included the Setar and Kamancheh; he finally chose Kamancheh as his main instrument. He learned to play the Kamancheh by Maestros Kayhan Kalhor and Ardeshir Kamkar. Simultaneously, he studied Drama at Azad University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. Kamancheh
The kamancheh (also kamānche or kamāncha) ( fa, کمانچه, az, kamança, hy, Քամանչա, ku, کەمانچە ,kemançe) is an Iranian bowed string instrument used in Persian, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Kurdish, Georgian, Turkmen, and Uzbek music with slight variations in the structure of the instrument. The kamancheh is related to the rebab which is the historical ancestor of the kamancheh and the bowed Byzantine lyra. The strings are played with a variable-tension bow. In 2017, the art of crafting and playing with Kamantcheh/Kamancha was included into the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists of Azerbaijan and Iran.
