Ramakrishnapuram (or RK Puram ) is a locality in Neredmet in Medchal-Malkajgiri district of Indian State of Telangana. It falls under Malkajgiri mandal. In the past 15 years, this suburb has become an important residential area in the twin cities. Many colonies, townships and apartments came up in this suburb. History RK Puram lake's roots can be traced back to 1798 when the 'subsidiary alliance' was proposed by then British Governor-General in India, Lord Wellesley. The Hyderabad Multi-Modal Transport System, commonly abbreviated as MMTS, is a Urban rail transit in India, suburban rail system in Hyderabad, India. A joint venture of the Government of Telangana (formerly Government of Andhra Pradesh) and the South Central Railway zone, South Central Railway, it is operated by the latter. ECIL X Roads or ECIL Cross Roads is a major commercial center in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is an important intersection located between some of the densest residential areas in Secunderabad, including Kushaiguda and Moula Ali. Tirumalagiri, formerly known by its colonial name Trimulgherry, is a locality and a Mandal in the city of Secunderabad which falls under Secunderabad Revenue Division, and is a major suburb of Secunderabad, India.
