Rakesh Shrestha
Rakesh Shrestha ( ne, राकेश श्रेष्ठ) (born 14 January 1977) is a footballer from Nepal. He played for Nepal national football team in the 2002 FIFA World Cup qualification and various other tournaments. Nepal Police Club (formerly known as Mahendra Police Club) is a sports club owned and managed by Nepal Police. The club competes in the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League, the top flight of Nepali club football. The 2002 FIFA World Cup qualification competition was a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederations. 2007 AFC President's Cup
The 2007 AFC President's Cup was the third edition of the AFC President's Cup, a competition for Association football, football clubs in countries categorized as "emerging nations" by the Asian Football Confederation. The eight teams that competed were split up into two groups and play each other team in their group once. The winner of each group then played the runner up in the other group in the semi-finals, and the winners of the semi-final matches played in the final match to determine the winner.
