Rajkumar Vishwakarma
Rajkumar Vishwakarma (born May 10, 1963) is an Indian former director general of police, currently serving as Uttar Pradesh's Chief Information Commissioner. Biography Rajkumar Vishwakarma is the son of B.R. Vishwakarma. Vishwakarma completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee). He further pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Before joining the police force, he was associated with Tata Motors for approximately two and a half years, during which he contributed to the design of the Tata 407. Jaunpur () is a city and a municipal board in Jaunpur district in the Indian States and territories of India, state of Uttar Pradesh. It is located 228 km southeast of state capital Lucknow. IIT Roorkee
The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT- Roorkee or IIT-R) is a technical university located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. It is the oldest engineering institution in India. It was founded as the College of Civil Engineering in 1847 during Company rule in India, East India Company rule in India by James Thomason, the Lieutenant governor, Lieutenant-Governor of the North-Western Provinces in which Roorkee was located; its purpose was to train officers and surveyors employed in the construction of the Ganges Canal.
