Lieutenant General Rajan Bakhshi is a retired Indian Army General, who previously had served as the General Officer Commanding in Chief of the Central Command, in Lucknow. Rajan Bharti Mittal (born in 1960) is a first-generation Indian entrepreneur serving as vice chairman and managing director of Bharti Enterprises. Rajan graduated from Punjab University and completed his masters at Harvard Business School.
