Raivis Dzintars (born 25 November 1982) is a Latvian right-wing politician and chairman of the national-conservative National Alliance party. He has previously served as the party's co-chairman alongside Gaidis Bērziņš. Born in Riga, he was elected to the Saeima at the 2010 parliamentary election. The Saeima () is the parliament of the Latvia, Republic of Latvia. It is a unicameral parliament consisting of 100 members who are elected by proportional representation, with seats allocated to political parties which gain at least 5% of the popular vote. Elections are scheduled to be held once every four years, normally on the first Saturday of October. The most recent elections were held in 2022 Latvian parliamentary election, October 2022. 2011 Latvian Parliamentary Election
Early parliamentary elections were held in Latvia on 17 September 2011, following the country's first 2011 Latvian parliamentary dissolution referendum, parliamentary dissolution referendum held on 23 July 2011. The 2010 Latvian parliamentary election, previous parliamentary election was only held in October 2010. The elections resulted in Harmony Centre winning the most seats, up two to 31.
