Rahma Ghars (born 4 November 1994) is a Tunisian women's association football, women's football defender (association football), defender. She played in the Turkish Women's First Football League for Ataşehir Belediyespor with jersey number 5. She was a member of the Tunisia women's national football team, Tunisia national team. Private life Rahma Ghars was born in Tunisia on 4 November 1994. Playing career Club Ghars moved to Turkey and joined the Istanbul-based team Ataşehir Belediyespor on 24 October 2018. She appeared in six matches of the first half of the 2018–19 Turkish Women's First Football League season. Ataşehir Belediyespor is a Turkish sports club based in the Ataşehir district of Istanbul. It is known for its women's football team that won the Turkish League championship in 2011, the fourth year of its existence. They defended their title successfully in 2012. History The women's team was founded as a high school team, Ümraniye Mevlana Lisesi SK, in 2007. The team was promoted at the end of their first season in the Women's Regional League to the Women's Second League. The next season, they were able to ascend to the Women's First League. The girls became champion in the Junior Women's League also the same year. Representing Turkey at the World Intercollegiate Football Championship held in Antalya, the high school team placed seventh. Ataşehir is a district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is located at the junction of the O-2 and O-4 motorways on the Anatolian (Asian) side of Istanbul. Its neighbours are the districts of Ümraniye to the north, Sancaktepe to the northeast, Maltepe to the east, Kadıköy to the south and Üsküdar to the west.
