Chuck Ragan
Charles Allen Ragan (born October 30, 1974) is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He is the guitarist and vocalist of the band Hot Water Music. Ragan has also released a variety of solo material, including a series of 7-inches on No Idea Records, a live album and three studio albums on Side One Dummy Records. Early and personal life Chuck Ragan is the son of former PGA and Ryder Cup golfer Dave Ragan and gospel singer and missionary Geraldine Ragan. Ragan is married. He and his wife have a son who was born in May 2015. Hot Water Music From October 1994 until 2006 Ragan was one of the lead singers for Gainesville, Florida-based punk rock band Hot Water Music. Dave Ragan
David William Ragan, Jr. (August 7, 1935 – March 13, 2018) was an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and the Senior PGA Tour. Ragan was born in Daytona Beach, Florida. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he played for the Florida Gators men's golf team in National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) competition from 1954 to 1956. During his time as a Gator golfer, he was a member of the Gators team that finished sixth in the NCAA national tournament in 1955, and won the first two Southeastern Conference (SEC) championships in team history in 1955 and 1956. As a senior in 1956, he won the SEC individual championship, and was recognized as an All-American. Ragan was later inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame as a "Gator Great." David Lee Ragan (born December 24, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 15 Ford Mustang for Rick Ware Racing, and is also an analyst for NASCAR on Fox on '' NASCAR Race Hub''. Ragan was born in Unadilla, Georgia, the son of former racer Ken Ragan, and began his racing career racing in the Bandolero Series at age 12. Four years later, he began competing in the Goody's Dash Series with Cam Strader. After one year, he moved to the Legends Pro-Division to race for Mark Martin. He concluded the season by finishing fourth in the point standings. At age 18, Ragan began racing in the Camping World Truck Series, Nationwide Series, and the ARCA Racing Series. Emily Lee Sherwood Ragan (, Lee; after first marriage, Sherwood; after second marriage, Ragan; pen names, Jennie Crayon, E. L. S., Mrs. E. L. Sherwood; March 28, 1839 – April 19, 1916) was an American author and journalist. She was engaged in journalism in Washington, D.C., 1888–1900, and was also a contributor to other papers and magazines. By 1899, she engaged as special writer and searcher of Library of Congress. George Ragan
George Ragan (born on June 24, 1981), better known by his stage name Johnny 3 Tears (acronymized as J3T), is an American musician who sings and plays bass guitar for the band Hollywood Undead. Early life Ragan grew up in a rough neighborhood of Los Angeles that was heavily affected by street gun violence, drugs, graffiti, and gangs (particularly the 18th Street gang). In preschool and kindergarten, he was close friends with some of his future Hollywood Undead bandmates, including Charlie Scene (birth name Jordon Terrell). Ragan's parents regularly gifted him with books for Christmas to aid his education. At the age of 17, Ragan graduated from high school while at juvenile hall for firearm possession. Ken Ragan
Kenneth Ragan (born September 12, 1950) is an American stock car racing driver. Now retired, he formerly competed in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, and is the father of driver David Ragan. Career Ragan made 50 Cup starts from 1982 to 1990, mostly for his brother Marvin, but also drove in the 1985 season for Roger Hamby. Ragan's best finish was an 11th place that he recorded at Talladega Superspeedway in 1984. He also made five Busch Series starts in 1982 and 1983. Ragan's 1984 No. 77 Cup car is sometimes featured in stills from the 1984 Firecracker 400, as he was the lapped car directly ahead of Richard Petty and Cale Yarborough in their battle for victory. He was the last driver to win at Middle Georgia Raceway. Personal life Ragan travels with his son to his races and has served as his manager.
