Rafael Vázquez
Rafael Vázquez (26 March 1929 – 22 July 2022) was a Mexican singer, songwriter, and actor. Born in Tampico, Tamaulipas, he studied voice with singing teacher Carlos Abreu before achieving success as a singer at Mexico City radio station XEW in 1950. In 1959, he married Mexican singer and actress Carmela Rey, with whom he formed the successful duet Carmela y Rafael, known as "Mexico's Romantic Couple"; together they made 121 records and won numerous awards. He made his acting debut in the film ''Ruletero a toda marcha'' (1962), with Eulalio González, María Duval, and Norma Angélica Ladrón de Guevara. Vázquez died on 22 July 2022, at the age of 93. Tampico
Tampico is a city and port in the southeastern part of the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. It is located on the north bank of the Pánuco River, about inland from the Gulf of Mexico, and directly north of the state of Veracruz. Tampico is the fifth-largest city in Tamaulipas, with a population of 314,418 in the city proper and 929,174 in the metropolitan area. Users can catalog items from their personal collection, review them, and assign ratings in a five-star rating system. The site also features community-based charts that track highest-rated releases. Norma Angélica Ladrón de Guevara González (1937 – 30 December 1962) was a Mexican actress. She is best remembered for her appearance on the film '' Tlayucan'' (1962), for which she posthumously won the Silver Goddess for Best Actress in 1963. Career She was born in 1937, the daughter of María Teresa González and Mr. Ladrón de Guevara. She began her career around 1957 as a dancer in nightclubs and theaters. Tamaulipas
Tamaulipas, officially the Free and Sovereign State of Tamaulipas, is a state in Mexico; one of the 31 states which, along with Mexico City, comprise the 32 federal entities of Mexico. It is divided into 43 municipalities. It is located in northeast Mexico and is bordered by the states of Nuevo León to the west, San Luis Potosí to the southwest, and Veracruz to the southeast. María Dussauge Ortiz (born 2 August 1937), commonly known as María Duval, is a Mexican actress and singer who has worked in film, television, and the stage. Career Duval made her film debut in the musical ''Melodías inolvidables'' (1959), an experience she later described as "a great emotion" and her "favorite memory" of her entire career. She once said that musical was her favorite film genre. Eulalio "Lalo" González Ramírez (16 December 1921 – 1 September 2003), nicknamed "Piporro", was a Mexican actor, humorist, singer-songwriter, screenwriter, announcer, film director, and film producer. Early life González was born in the home of his maternal grandfather (Martín Ramírez) in Los Herreras, Nuevo León, to Pablo González Barrera, a customs officer from Ciudad Mier, Tamaulipas, and his wife Elvira Ramírez González.
