Racing Bulls S.p.A., competing as Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team (shortened to Racing Bulls or VCARB), is an Italian Formula One racing team and constructor that has been competing since the season. It is one of two Formula One constructors owned by Austrian conglomerate Red Bull GmbH, the other being Red Bull Racing. Known as Scuderia Toro Rosso from 2006 to 2019 and Scuderia AlphaTauri from 2020 to 2023, the team was rebranded to RB for the 2024 season, and then switched to Racing Bulls in 2025. The current CEO is Peter Bayer, and the team principal is Laurent Mekies. At the start of the 2024 season, the team retained incumbent drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda from when it was known as AlphaTauri; Ricciardo was dropped after the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix and was replaced with Red Bull junior and reserve driver Liam Lawson. Scuderia AlphaTauri
Scuderia AlphaTauri, or simply AlphaTauri, is an Italian Formula One racing team and constructor. It is one of two Formula One constructors owned by Austrian beverage company Red Bull, the other being Red Bull Racing. The constructor was rebranded for the 2020 Formula One World Championship from "Toro Rosso" to "AlphaTauri" in order to promote the AlphaTauri fashion brand. According to Franz Tost and Helmut Marko, Scuderia AlphaTauri is no longer the junior team but the sister team to Red Bull Racing. Red Bull GmbH () is an Austrian private company known for its range of energy drinks of the same name. It is also known for its sponsorship of a range of sporting events and teams. Franz Tost
Franz Tost (born 20 January 1956 in Trins, Austria) is an Austrian former racing driver and current team principal of the Scuderia AlphaTauri Formula One team. Early life Tost competed in Formula Ford and Formula Three, he won the Austrian Formula Ford Championship in 1983. Franz Tost felt that he was not skilled enough to get to the top of Motorsport. He therefore decided to study Sport Science and Management at the University of Innsbruck and the University of Vienna which led him to a job as team manager at the Walter Lechner Racing School. In 1993 he joined Willi Weber where he initially ran the WTS Formula Three team. There he met a young Ralf Schumacher and was asked by Willi Webber to accompany him to Japan. The 2020 FIA Formula One World Championship was the motor racing championship for Formula One cars which was the 71st running of the Formula One World Championship. It marked the 70th anniversary of the first Formula One World Drivers' Championship. Minardi was an Italian automobile racing team and constructor founded in Faenza in 1979 by Giancarlo Minardi. It competed in the Formula One World Championship from 1985 until 2005 with little success, nevertheless acquiring a loyal following of fans.
