R to V (stylized as Red Velvet 4th Concert 'R to V') was the fourth concert tour headlined by South Korean girl group Red Velvet (group), Red Velvet, in support of their ''The ReVe Festival 2022'' EPs ''The ReVe Festival 2022 – Feel My Rhythm, Feel My Rhythm'' and ''The ReVe Festival 2022 – Birthday, Birthday''. The Star is a 15-storey mixed use complex located in one-north, Singapore, integrating a performing arts centre called The Star Performing Arts Centre, and a shopping mall called The Star Vista.
