RK Budućnost Podgorica
RK Budućnost (Cyrillic: PК Будућност) is a handball club from Podgorica, Montenegro, which was champion of Montenegro for the two times. It is a part of Budućnost sport society. History During the most of their history, Budućnost played in the Second Yugoslav League. In the shadow of successful Women's handball team Budućnost, they played only two seasons in the First League during the SFR Yugoslavia and FR Yugoslavia era. Successful period in the Budućnost history started after the Montenegrin independence. Budućnost became champion of the Second League 2006/07 and gets promotion to the First League. With a lot of new players from the whole region, Budućnost won their first trophy of Montenegrin champion at the season 2008/09. Same success, club from Podgorica made one year later. Founded on 17 November 1991, it is made of 50 member federations and two associated federations (England and Scotland), and is headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Blažo Lisičić
Blažo Lisičić (born 22 August 1972) is a Montenegrin former handball player. Club career Born in Titograd, Lisičić was signed by Proleter Zrenjanin as a teenager. He would become a member of the team that won two Yugoslav Championship titles and reached the European Cup final in the 1990–91 season. Between 1993 and 1996, Lisičić played for Belgrade arch-rivals Crvena zvezda and Partizan. In 1996, Lisičić moved abroad to Spain and signed with Pozoblanco. He spent one season with the Liga ASOBAL club, but failed to help them avoid relegation. From 1997 to 2002, Lisičić played for three teams in Germany, namely TV Niederwürzbach, HSG Dutenhofen/Münchholzhausen, and GWD Minden. Later on, Lisičić would also spend some time in Italy (Conversano and Casarano), Qatar ( Al Sadd), and Croatia (Zagreb). Alen Muratović
Alen Muratović, (born 23 October 1979) is a Montenegrin former handball player. Club career After playing for Budućnost Podgorica, Muratović joined Yugoslav champions Lovćen in 2001. He helped them win two consecutive national cups (2002 and 2003). In 2003, Muratović moved abroad to Spain and signed with Cangas. He would switch to fellow Liga ASOBAL club Valladolid in 2005. In 2008, Muratović was transferred to German team SG Flensburg-Handewitt. He suffered a shoulder injury during a friendly game in January 2009, causing him to miss the rest of the season. Rukometni klub Borac Banja Luka (Serbian Cyrillic: Рукометни клуб Бopaц Бања Лука) is a handball club from Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. RK Vardar 1961 () is a professional handball club from Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
