R10 Expressway (Czech Republic)
D10 motorway () is a motorway in the Czech Republic, running north-east, from Prague to Mladá Boleslav and Turnov. It forms part of the European route E65. Chronology The construction of today's D10 motorway began in 1967 with the construction of an long section between Bezděčín and Chudoplesy. The sections leading away from Prague have been built since the 1970s, and at that time, it was planned to build the expressway to the Polish. As part of a reassessment of the concept of motorway and expressway construction carried out in 1993, the plans for a continuation from Turnov, towards Harrachov and towards the Polish border were removed. Thus, it is considered to be the first completed expressway in the Czech Republic. The motorway, formerly known as R10 Expressway () was officially redesignated as the D10 on 1 January 2016. The Giant Mountains, Krkonoše, or Karkonosze (Czech: , , ), are a mountain range located in the north of the Czech Republic and the south-west of Poland, part of the Sudetes mountain system (part of the Bohemian Massif). Svijany () is a municipality and village in Liberec District in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants. It is known for the Svijany Brewery. Geography Svijany is located about south of Liberec. It lies in the Jičín Uplands. The highest point is at above sea level. D0 motorway () or Prague Ring Road () is a Controlled-access highway, motorway which, when completed, would create an outer ring road around in Prague, Czech Republic. Most of the Czech motorways radiate from the D0. Unlike the inner ring road, whose sub-sections have been given different official street names, the Prague Ring Road is also the official name of a street in all parts of the ring road leading through Prague. It was formerly called R1 expressway ().
