The Quito Open is a men's professional golf tournament held in Ecuador. Toni Hakula
Toni Hakula (born 27 September 1991) is a Finnish professional golfer. He has three victories in PGA Tour-organized third-tier tours in Mexico, Ecuador and the United States. As an amateur, he won the 2012 NCAA Championship with Texas and was runner-up at The Amateur Championship in 2013. Early life and amateur career Hakula was born in Espoo, Finland, and started playing golf when he was four years old. As an amateur, Hakula pulled off two runner-up finishes on the Nordic Golf League, at the 2008 Visma Masters, 2 strokes behind Magnus Persson Atlevi, and again at the 2010 Willis Masters. Clodomiro Carranza Mujica (born 26 April 1982) is an Argentinian professional golfer who has played predominantly on the European Tour, Web.com Tour, Tour de las Américas and various other worldwide tours. The 2020–21 PGA Tour Latinoamérica was the ninth season of PGA Tour Latinoamérica, the main professional golf tour in Latin America, operated and run by the PGA Tour. In-season changes The season began in early March 2020 at the Estrella del Mar Open in Mexico. Soon after, the schedule was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with all tournaments being postponed to mid-May. With the season remaining suspended, the PGA Tour created an eight tournament LocaliQ Series based in the United States in which tour members, along with members of those of the cancelled 2020 PGA Tour Canada and 2020 PGA Tour China seasons, would be eligible to compete.
