Question Everything (TV Series)
''Question Everything'' is an Australian comedy panel television show hosted by Wil Anderson which first screened on ABC (Australian TV channel), ABC TV on 18 August 2021. The show features four celebrity panellists, led by Jan Fran. The panel are asked to dissect the news, sort the real from the rumours, separate fact from fiction and flatten conspiracy theories, fake stories, false claims, scams, frauds and outright lies. It also features pre-recorded segments by Fran called "Jan-splaining". In October 2023, a live version of the show was brought to South by Southwest#Spinoff festivals, SXSW Sydney. A fourth season is set to air in late 2024. A panel show or panel game is a radio or television game show in which a panel of celebrities participate. Celebrity panelists may compete with each other, such as on '' The News Quiz''; facilitate play by non-celebrity contestants, such as on ''Match Game'' and '' Blankety Blank''; or do both, such as on '' Wait Wait Don't Tell Me''. The genre can be traced to 1938, when '' Information Please'' debuted on American radio. The earliest known television panel show is '' Play the Game'', a charades show in 1946. Thomas Colin Ballard (born 26 November 1989) is an Australian comedian, broadcaster, actor, and writer. Starting out in radio, he became known as a Triple J host, along with his friend Alex Dyson, over seven years with the station. He his known for his stand-up comedy, as a host of podcasts, and as television presenter, such as the 2017 ABC Television comedy show '' Tonightly with Tom Ballard''. Carl Barron (born 11 June 1964) is an Australian theatre and television comedian. His style is based on observational humour. Life and career He was born in Longreach, Queensland, the son of a sheep shearer, and formerly worked as a grease trap pumper. Dan Ilic (born 20 November 1981) is an Australian presenter, comedian and filmmaker. Ilic has been known for his parody work, including videos and ''Beaconsfield: The Musical'', which he wrote, and more recently for his work on the show '' Hungry Beast''.
