Quentin Coryatt
Quentin John Coryatt (born August 1, 1970) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for the Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Texas A&M University. He is distinguished as being the first Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Crucian to play in the NFL. Patrick James Bates (born November 27, 1970) is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the first round of the 1993 NFL draft by the Los Angeles Raiders and later played for the Atlanta Falcons after being traded by the Raiders in exchange for the Falcons' second-round selection in the 1996 NFL draft. Proposition 48 (NCAA)
Proposition 48 is an NCAA regulation that stipulates minimum high school grades and standardized test scores that student-athletes must meet in order to participate in college athletic competition. The NCAA enacted Proposition 48 in 1986. As of 2010, the regulation is as follows: Before a high school student can be eligible to play Division I sports, he or she must meet academic requirements in high school.
