Qingyang District
Qingyang District () is a central urban district of the City of Chengdu, capital of Sichuan, China. Qingyang District is bordered by Jinniu District to the northeast, Jinjiang District to the southeast, Wuhou District to the south, Shuangliu District to the southwest, Wenjiang District to the west, and Pidu District to the north. Qingyang has an area of 68 square kilometers and a population of 460,000. Sichuan Provincial Library is the provincial public library of Sichuan, China, located in Qingyang, Chengdu. It is largest library in Western China and one of ten largest libraries in China. People's Park () is an urban public park in central Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, China. Built in 1911 as Shaocheng Park (少城公园), it is the first public park in the city. Jinsha () is a Chinese archaeological site located in Qingyang, Chengdu, the capital of the Chinese province of Sichuan. The site is one of the major archaeological discoveries in China during the 21st century. It is listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Tentative List and Major Sites Protected at the National Level. The Chinese Internet Information Centre ranked Jinsha 5th on the Top 10 Archaeological Discoveries in 2001. In 2007, the Jinsha Museum was constructed to display the artefacts and features found. Jincheng is a prefecture-level city situated in the southeast of Shanxi province, China. It shares its border with Henan province to the south and southeast. The city is recognized as an industrial hub, with coal mining being one of its key industries. The population of the entire city is estimated to be 2.2 million. Du Fu Thatched Cottage () is a park and museum in honour of the Tang dynasty poet Du Fu at the western outskirts of Chengdu, adjacent to the Huanhua Xi (Flower Rinsing Creek).
