Pål Erik Ulvestad
Pål Erik Ulvestad (born 8 September 1990) is a Norwegian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Eliteserien club Kristiansund. Career Pål Erik Ulvestad is the brother of the former Burnley player Fredrik and Aalesund player Dan Peter Ulvestad, and son of the former footballer Rune Ulvestad. Ulvestad grew up together with his teammate in Molde, Magnus Wolff Eikrem, whose father Knut Hallvard Eikrem was a teammate of Rune Ulvestad at Molde FK in the 80's. He signed for Molde ahead of the 2011 season, and has a contract with the club until the end of 2014. In his first season, he played nine league-matches and started two of them when Molde won the league. Due to knee and groin injuries at the end of the 2011 season, Ulvestad missed parts of the pre-season in 2012, and in March he was sent on loan to the Second Division side Kristiansund until 1 August. Molde (town)
Molde () is a List of towns and cities in Norway, town and the seat of Molde Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the Traditional districts of Norway, traditional district of Romsdal. It is located on the Romsdal Peninsula, surrounding the Fannefjord and Moldefjord. Molde has a Oceanic climate, maritime, temperate climate, with cool-to-warm summers, and relatively mild winters. It is nicknamed ''The Town of Roses''. The settlement emerged as a shipping port for lumber to the Netherlands in the late 1500s. 2011 Norwegian Premier League
The 2011 Tippeligaen was the 67th completed season of top division football in Norway. The competition began on 20 March 2011 and ended on 27 November 2011. Rosenborg were the defending champions, having secured their twenty-second League Championship on 24 October 2010. Sogndal, Sarpsborg 08 and Fredrikstad entered as the three promoted teams from the 2010 1. divisjon. They replaced Hønefoss, Kongsvinger and Sandefjord who were relegated to the 2011 1. divisjon. Molde won their first ever Eliteserien title with two games to spare. Molde's 58 points was a record low for an Eliteserien champion in the current 16-team system. The fastest goal in Norwegian top division history was scored this season on 15 April by Erik Mjelde in a 3–3 draw between his side Brann and Haugesund after 11 seconds.
