Pär Hansson
Pär Johan Åke Hansson (born 22 June 1986) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He represented Helsingborgs IF, Ängelholms FF, and Feyenoord during a professional career that spanned between 2005 and 2019. A full international between 2011 and 2014, he won six caps for the Sweden national team and was a squad member at UEFA Euro 2012. Club career Hansson represented Helsingborgs IF, Ängelholms FF, and Feyenoord between 2005 and 2019. A neck injury forced him to announce his retirement from professional football in 2019. International career Hansson represented the Sweden U17, U19, and U21 teams and was a part of the Sweden U21 squad that reached the semi-finals of the 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Championship on home soil in Sweden. Svenska Supercupen, ''Swedish Super Cup'', was a one-off fixture in Swedish football played between the Allsvenskan champions and the winners of Svenska Cupen. The fixture was played in November, after the Allsvenskan season. In the event of a club winning the double (as AIK did in 2009 and Helsingborg in 2011) the runner up of the Allsvenskan would take part. Svenska cupen (, ), also known as the Swedish Cup in English, is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. ''Svenska cupen'' usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held.
