Pwllheli Rugby Football Club (Welsh: Clwb Rygbi Pwllheli) is a rugby union team from the town of Pwllheli, in Gwynedd, North Wales. Pwllheli RFC is a member of the Welsh Rugby Union and is a feeder club for RGC 1404. They currently compete in the WRU Division One North league. Pwllheli
Pwllheli ( ; ) is a market town and community on the Llŷn Peninsula (), in Gwynedd, north-west Wales. It had a population of 4,076 in 2011, which declined slightly to 3,947 in 2021; a large proportion (81%) were Welsh language, Welsh speaking. Pwllheli is the place where Plaid Cymru was founded. WRU Division One North
The Welsh Rugby Union Division One North (also called the SWALEC Division One North for sponsorship reasons) is a rugby union league in Wales first implemented for the 1995/96 season. The league was known as Division Four North before the 2008-09 season. Division One North, Two North and Three North are self-contained leagues within the larger Swalec leagues, and clubs can not be promoted to or demoted from the two leagues. Competition format and sponsorship Competition There are 12 clubs in the WRU Division One North. RGC 1404 (Rygbi Gogledd Cymru 1404), formerly "Gogledd Cymru" (, "North Wales"), is a rugby union team founded in 2008 and based in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. Rhodri Jones
Rhodri Jones (born 23 December 1991) is a Wales international rugby union player. Jones was born in Aberystwyth, and is a Welsh-speaker. He currently plays for the Dragons RFC, having previously played for Ospreys, Scarlets and Llanelli. His position is loosehead prop. He has had 15 appearances for Llaneli and 100 for the Welsh region side the Scarlets. Jones has also represented the Wales U20 national side. In November 2011 Jones was named in the senior Wales training squad for the match versus Australia on 3 December 2011. He made his debut for Wales against the Barbarians on 2 June 2012 at the Millennium Stadium. Jack Roberts (rugby Union)
Jack Roberts (born 20 November 1991) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays centre for Jersey Reds. Roberts was born and raised in North Wales before moving at 16 to Llandovery College in West Wales. He was part of Llanelli Scarlets academy and played two seasons for Llandovery RFC in the Welsh Premiership. He was named as the division's player of the month in April 2013 after scoring 4 tries in the month. On 23 May 2013 Rotherham Titans announced Roberts had signed for them for the 2013/14 season in the English Championship. Roberts played 27 times for Rotherham that season. On 29 October 2014 Roberts joined Leicester Tigers with immediate effect. He made his starting debut against Northampton Saints in the LV Cup.
