Pushpindar Singh Chopra
Pushpindar Singh Chopra (30 September 1943 – 3 May 2021) was an aviation journalist, historian, businessman and the author of several books, chiefly on military aviation history of India. His work and developments on Indian Aviation lead to the Dornier 228, Fairchild-Dornier 288 production in India. He is known as the 'Chronicler of Aviation History' and 'Guru of Indian Aviation'. He was known as the only defence analyst and aviator who was respected equally in India as Pakistan, along with being a well known aviation specialist in countries like United Kingdom, Germany and the rest of Europe as well. His magazine Vayu Aerospace and Defence Review was India's most read aerospace defence magazine. Hardit Malik
Sardar Hardit Singh Malik (23 November 1894 – 31 October 1985) was an Indian civil servant and diplomat. He was the first Indian High Commissioner to Canada, and then Indian Ambassador to France. He was the first Indian to fly as a pilot with the Royal Flying Corps in the First World War. He also played first-class cricket between 1914 and 1930. Arjan Singh
Marshal of the Indian Air Force Arjan Singh, (15 April 1919 – 16 September 2017) was a senior air officer of the Indian Air Force. He served as the 3rd Chief of the Air Staff (India), Chief of the Air Staff from 1964 to 1969, leading the Air Force through the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965. He was the first and only officer of the Indian Air Force (IAF) to be promoted to five-star rank as Marshal of the Indian Air Force, equal to the army rank of Field Marshal (India), Field Marshal. The Farnborough International Airshow is a trade exhibition for the aerospace and defence industries, where civilian and military aircraft are demonstrated to potential customers and investors in Farnborough, Hampshire. Since its first show in 1948, Farnborough has seen the debut of many famous aeroplanes, including the Vickers VC10, Concorde, the Eurofighter, the Airbus A380, and the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II.
