Puk Damsgård
Puk Damsgård Andersen (born 18 September 1978 in Hammer-Torup, Næstved, Denmark) is a Danish journalist and author. Since 2011 she has been the designated Middle East correspondent for Danmarks Radio, based in Cairo, Egypt. Education She has a degree in acting from Holbergs Film + Teaterskole 1999–2001. In 2007 she became a bachelor of Journalism from University of Southern Denmark. Later she has taken master in Arabic. Career After finishing her education, she was a journalist at Jyllands-Posten, but quit after a few months. In 2008 she became a freelance correspondent, reporting on the middle east. Awards In 2015 she won the Cavlingprisen for her book ''Ser du månen, Daniel''. Aarhus

Rungstedlund Award
The Rungstedlund Award is an award of honor, founded by the Rungstedlund Foundation (''Rungstedlundfonden'') in 1991. The DKK 25,000 prize is annually handed to a person who has made a notable contribution in an area which interested Karen Blixen. The prize is handed at the birthday of Karen Blixen on 17 April. The award comes from a gift from Hørsholm Municipality at the opening of the Karen Blixen Museum on 14 May 1991. DR (broadcaster)
DR (), officially the Danish Broadcasting Corporation in English, is a Danish public-service radio and television broadcasting company. Founded in 1925 as a public-service organization, it is Denmark's oldest and largest electronic media enterprise. DR is a founding member of the European Broadcasting Union. DR was originally funded by a media licence, however since 2022, the media license has been replaced by an addition to the Danish income tax. Today, DR operates three television channels, all of which are distributed free-to-air via a nationwide DVB-T2 network. DR also operates seven radio channels. Cavlingprisen
The Cavling Prize is a prestigious Danish journalist award. It is awarded annually in January to "a journalist or a group of journalists who have shown initiative and talent in the past year." It is generally considered the most prestigious prize for Journalism in Denmark. The Prize commemorates Henrik Cavling, founder of the Danish Journalists Confederation. The prize consists of 20,000 kroner and a statuette made by George Rode depicting Henry Cavling.
