Przemysław Czyż
Przemysław Czyż (born 11 October 1972, in Warsaw) is a Polish diplomat, an ambassador to Macedonia (2011–2013) and Representative to the Palestinian National Authority (2019–2024). Life Czyż has graduated from University of Warsaw, Law Faculty. In 1996, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, specializing in legal and legislative issues. In 2003, he became member of civil service. Between 2006 and 2009 he has been director of the MFA Director General's Office. Afterwards, he was the director of the Legal and Public Procurement Office. From 2011 to 2013 he has been Poland ambassador to Macedonia. From 2014 to 2016 he was Senior Fellow and Deputy Head of the Center for Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding. Between 2016 and 2018 he was head of the Bureau for Infrastructure. Karol Bachura
Dariusz Karol Bachura, styling himself Karol Bachura (born 4 June 1964, in Warsaw) is a Polish diplomat with the rank of Ambassador-at-large, specialist in the region of Southeastern Europe; an ambassador to Macedonia (2007–2011) and Albania (2016–2021). Life Karol Bachura graduated from English philology and pedagogical studies at the Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary. He has studied in the United States and United Kingdom, as well. He has been working for the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in Warsaw, Phare programme, consulate of Canada in Warsaw. In 1993, Bachura joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. For three years, he was working as an expert in the Central Europe Unit. Wiesław Kuceł
Wiesław Kuceł (born 1971) is a Polish diplomat and civil servant, a Representative to the Palestinian National Authority (since 2024). Life Kuceł graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He was educated also in national security postgraduate studies at the National Defence University of Warsaw. In 1997, he started his professional career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), specialising in relations with the Middle East and North Africa countries. From 2001 to 2005, he served as First Secretary at the Embassy in Tel Aviv, being in charge of contacts with the Palestinian Authority, among others.
