Provisional Senate
Provisional Senate of the Republic of China (), also translated to Advisory Council, was the temporary legislature established in the earlier Beiyang government, Beiyang years of the Republic of China (1912–1949), Republic of China, before the National Assembly (Beiyang government), National Assembly was formed. National Assembly (Republic Of China)
The National Assembly was the authoritative legislative body of the Republic of China, from 1947 to 2005. Along with the Control Yuan (upper house) and the Legislative Yuan (lower house), the National Assembly formed the Tricameralism, tricameral parliament of the Republic of China.
