Prizeo is a privately owned Dot-com company, internet company based in Los Angeles, California. It is an online fundraising platform that enables clients to mobilize their fan bases to raise funds and awareness for their chosen causes. In June 2015, tech mogul Todd Wagner acquired Prizeo. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Prizeo is a member of Wagner’s Charity Network, which is also the parent company to leading charity auction site Charitybuzz. Todd R. Wagner (born August 2, 1960) is an American entrepreneur, co-founder of Broadcast.com and founder and CEO of a company called Charity Network which organizes regular Fundraising, fund raisings. He also co-owns 2929 Entertainment with Mark Cuban, along with other entertainment companies. Early life Wagner was born in Gary, Indiana.
