Priyadarshi Pulikonda is an Indian actor and comedian who works in Telugu cinema, Telugu films. He gained recognition for his role in ''Pelli Choopulu'' (2016). In addition to supporting roles, Priyadarshi played the lead in films such as ''Mallesham'' (2019), Mithai (film), ''Mithai'' (2019), and Balagam (film), ''Balagam'' (2023). His performance in ''Mallesham'' (2019) appeared in the "100 Greatest Performances of the Decade" by ''Film Companion.'' Priyadarshini Ram, also known as Priyadharshi Ram or mononymously as Priyadarshini, is a Singaporean-Indian playback singer who has performed in more than 180 movies in the Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi cinema industries. She has also sung more than 800 songs for devotional and private albums in 10 languages. Priyadarshini Ram is an Indian advertising executive, actor, and Telugu filmmaker. He won Nandi Special Jury Award for Manodu (2006) for his directorial making of the film. Early life Although Ram was born in Tenali, he was educated in Bhilai, Delhi and Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He graduated from Nizam College in 1980 and then received admission to Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Priyadasi, also Piyadasi or Priyadarshi ( Brahmi: 𑀧𑀺𑀬𑀤𑀲𑀺 ''piyadasi'', ), was the name of a ruler in ancient India, namely Ashoka Maurya (3rd century BCE); literally an honorific epithet which means "He who regards others with kindness", "Humane", "He who glances amiably". The title "Priyadasi" appears repeatedly in the ancient inscriptions of Ashoka known as the Major Rock Edicts or the Major Pillar Edicts, where it is generally used in conjunction with the title ''" Devanampriya"'' ("Beloved of the Gods") in the formula "''Devanampriya Priyadasi''". Piyadassi Maha Thera
Piyadassi Maha Thera (, 8 July 1914 – 18 August 1998) was a Theravada, Theravādin Buddhist monasticism, Buddhist monk and preacher of the Buddhadharma, Dharma, both in Sinhala language, Sinhalese and in English. He was born on 8 July 1914 at Kotahena in Colombo, Sri Lanka and was educated at Nalanda College, Colombo, thereafter at the University of Sri Lanka and the Center for the Study of World Religions at Harvard University as a research student. At the age of twenty, he entered the Buddhist monastic order under Pelene Siri Vajiragnana Nayaka Thera, founder of the Vajirarama Bambalapitiya. Tenzin Priyadarshi is the president and CEO of the Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Early years Priyadarshi was born into a Hindu family in Vaishali district, Bihar, India. He comes from a family of bureaucrats, political leaders, and eminent scholars.
