Priscilla B. Anderson
Priscilla B. Anderson (born September 14, 1935) is an American politician who served in the New Jersey General Assembly from the New Jersey's 7th legislative district, 7th Legislative District from 1992 to 1994. Anderson was born and grew up in Philadelphia. After graduating from Trenton State College with a bachelors and a master's degree in education, she worked as a teacher and guidance counselor in the Trenton Public Schools. She was elected to the Willingboro Township, New Jersey, Willingboro Township council in 1981 and served until her election to the Assembly. In 1984 and 1991, she served as the mayor of the township. She was a Democratic Party (United States), Democrat until 1991 when she switched to the Republican Party (United States), Republican Party. She was elected to the General Assembly in 1991 when she and her running mate José F. New Jersey's 7th Legislative District is one of 40 in the New Jersey Legislature, covering the Burlington County municipalities of Beverly City, Bordentown City, Bordentown Township, Burlington City, Burlington Township, Cinnaminson Township, Delanco Township, Delran Township, Edgewater Park Township, Fieldsboro Borough, Florence Township, Moorestown Township, Mount Laurel Township, Palmyra Borough, Riverside Township, Riverton Borough and Willingboro Township as of the 2011 apportionment. Demographic characteristics As of the 2020 United States census, the district had a population of 230,129, of whom 181,640 (78.9%) were of voting age. Burlington County Bridge Commission
The Burlington County Bridge Commission is a public agency responsible for the operation and maintenance of several bridges in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States, across the Delaware River. It now manages eight bridges, including the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge, the Burlington-Bristol Bridge, and the Riverside-Delanco Bridge. Minor bridges operated by the Commission are the Pennsauken Creek Bridge, Pompeston Creek Bridge, Route 73 Overpass, Swede Run Bridge and the Twin Pipe Culvert, all along County Route 543. Tolls are collected in New Jersey for traffic heading towards Pennsylvania at the Tacony-Palmyra and Burlington-Bristol Bridges. No tolls are collected for traffic crossing into New Jersey.
