Princess Nor Ehsani (born 15 October 1935), sometimes spelled Noor Ehsani, is the only child and daughter of Ahmad Tajuddin, Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin and Tengku Raihani, Queen Tengku Raihani. Additionally, she is also a granddaughter of both Sultans Sulaiman of Selangor, Alaeddin Sulaiman Shah and Muhammad Jamalul Alam II, niece to both Sultans Omar Ali Saifuddien III of Brunei (paternal) and Hisamuddin of Selangor, Hisamuddin Alam Shah of Selangor (maternal) as well as an aunt (first cousin once removed) to Sharafuddin of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin cum paternal first cousin to Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah and also a maternal first cousin to Salahuddin of Selangor, Sultan Salahuddin. Out of four siblings, she is the only surviving ''gahara'' (pure descendants of the sultan) of Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin. The House of Bolkiah is the ruling royal family of Brunei Darussalam. It is composed of the descendants of the 1st sultan Muhammad Shah of Brunei, Sultan Muhammad Shah and his family.
