Prince Hyoseong
Prince Hyoseong (; d. 976), personal name Wang Imju () was a Korean Royal Prince as the oldest son of Taejo of Goryeo Taejo (; 31 January 877 – 4 July 943), personal name Wang Kŏn (), also known as Taejo Wang Kŏn (), was the founder of the Goryeo Dynasty of Korea. ''The Dawn of the Empire'' () is a South Korean historical television series which aired on KBS1 from March 2, 2002 to January 26, 2003 for 94 episodes every weekend at 21:45 ( KST). It's KBS' second histocal series set in Goryeo after ''Taejo Wang Geon'' and revolves around the reigns of the second, third and fourth king of Goryeo, particularly on the latter, Gwangjong's. Written by Lee Hwan-kyung, it was the first South Korean drama to be filmed in North Korea, particularly in Pyongyang and Mount Baekdu. Open sets built in Andong, Mungyeong and Jecheon for ''Taejo Wang Geon'' were also used. The drama debuted with a viewership rating of 31.9%, then settled on an average of 19.6%, lower than expected. Choi debuted as a member of mixed group Coed School in 2010 before joined the male unit of the group Speed in 2012 and continued until the group disbanded in 2015. Prince Wonnyeong
Prince Wonnyeong (; d. 976) or known as Lord Jinju () was a Korean Royal Prince as the only son of Taejo of Goryeo and Lady Sukmok. Biography After 960 (11st year reign of his half younger brother, Gwangjong of Goryeo), Gwangjong carried out a large-scale purging of the family members in order to strengthen the Kingship. However, after Gwangjong died, his son, Gyeongjong of Goryeo took over the throne and the Goryeo Royal family members who had been purged during Gwangjong conducted revenge dramas under the leadership by those royal family members who disagree with these. Prince Wonnyeong and his half brother, Prince Hyoseong was also murdered and killed around 976 (1st year reign of Gyeongjong). Goryeo
Goryeo (; ) was a Korean state founded in 918, during a time of national division called the Later Three Kingdoms period, that unified and ruled the Korea, Korean Peninsula until the establishment of Joseon in 1392.
