Primah Kwagala
Primah Kwagala is a Ugandan civil and human rights lawyer and CEO of the Women’s Probono Initiative (WPI) in Uganda. She has handled cases involving illegal detentions in health facilities, access to emergency obstetric care and to free vital medicines, and more. She is the Chairperson of Female Lawyers in the Uganda Law Society. Kwagala was awarded the 2020 Peace and Reconciliation Prize that was awarded by H.E Albrecht Conze, the German Ambassador in Uganda, H.E Jules-Armand ANIAMBOSSOU who is the Ambassador of France to Uganda and Henry Oryem Okello the State Minister for Foreign Affairs at the 57th Anniversary celebrations of Elysee Treaty . Jules-Armand Aniambossou
Jules-Armand Aniambossou (born 18 May 1962 in Cotonou, Benin), is a Franco-Beninese personality: current French Ambassador to Ghana. He was the former General Manager for Africa and Overseas of the Duval Group, as well as former Coordinator of the Presidential Council for Africa from June 2018, then became the Ambassador of France to Uganda from May 2019 to October 2022, before becoming the Ambassador of France to Ghana in November 2022. Henry Oryem Okello is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the current Foreign minister, State Minister for Foreign Affairs (International Affairs). He was appointed to that position in 2004. In the cabinet reshuffles of 1 June 2006, that of 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post.
