The 32nd Lo Nuestro Awards ceremony, presented and televised by American television network Univision y Las Estrellas, recognized the most popular Spanish-language music of 2019 that was played on Uforia Audio Network during the year in 35 categories. The ceremony was hold on February 20, 2020 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. The ceremony was hosted by American rapper Pitbull, Mexican singer Thalía, and model Alejandra Espinoza with each one being their first time hosting. American Airlines Arena
Kaseya Center is a multi-purpose arena on Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. The arena is home to the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. The arena was previously named American Airlines Arena from opening in 1999 until 2021, FTX Arena from 2021 until 2023, and Miami-Dade Arena during an interim period in 2023. The Lo Nuestro Award for Artist of the Year is an honor presented annually by American network Univision. The Lo Nuestro Awards were first awarded since 1989 and was established to recognize the most talented performers of Latin music. The nominees and winners were originally selected by a voting poll conducted among program directors of Spanish-language radio stations in the United States and also based on chart performance on ''Billboard (magazine), Billboard'' Latin music charts, with the results being tabulated and certified by the accounting firm Deloitte. Calibre 50 () is a regional Mexican band. Formed in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, in 2010. The Lo Nuestro Award for Album of the Year is an honor presented annually since 2016 by the American television network Univision at the Lo Nuestro Awards. The award was established to recognize the quality of recorded vocal or instrumental albums of Latin music. Nominees and winners are selected based on performance on the ''Billboard'' Latin music charts and social media polls, winners are selected via online voting. The trophy awarded is in the shape of a treble clef. Throughout its history, the Lo Nuestro Awards originally always awarded albums by musical genre, but without any general category. The Album of the Year category was first added in 2016 and has been awarded to date with the exception of 2018 and 2019. The 30th ceremony was held in 2018, and a special program was made instead of voteable categories, while in 2019 it was decided to omit all album categories.
